Rebecca Herold is happy to schedule one-at-a-time consulting calls to help you with a specific question you have, to hear your ideas and give feedback,or discuss any other type of security, privacy and compliance topic. She schedules 30- to 120-minute calls, in full 30- minute increments. Describe what you want to discuss so she can do the necessary preparation (the time for which is factored into the consulting rate) to speak with you.

Consulting Calls Terms and Conditions

Your scheduled calls are very important to Privacy & Security Brainiacs. We are reserving our time specifically to give you all of our undivided attention.

  • Calls must end at the scheduled time.
  • Payments must be made at the time of scheduling.
  • Meetings are available in 30-minute increments, from a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours.
  • We realize schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary.
    Therefore,we request at least 1 business day's notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • For any appointment missed, canceled, or changed without at least 1 business day’s notice there will be no refund unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond control, such as a power outage, accident, or weather that requires you to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours. For such circumstances, we will reschedule your existing appointment to a mutually agreed-upon time.
  • The 1-business-day cancellation policy gives us time to inform our wait list clients of any availability and to keep our schedules filled, to better serve everyone.
